When we first met with Melissa we valued her knowledge of the lake home market. Her ability to offer suggestions to make our home show well and the offering of top notch photography to display our home were value added. She is very personable and we felt very comfortable working with her through out the process. Her Tuesday phone call gives you that chance to catch up on anything that is going on with your transaction. But that is not to say she was not available anytime we had questions or concerns. Melissa and her staff were awesome to work with! Melissa's Communication plan was perfect for us. She checked in with us without fail once a week on Tuesdays. If something came up sooner than that She would call us and if I had questions that couldn't wait, she would respond right away. I actually called her directly when I saw one of her listings. We weren't really in the market to move so we weren't working with a realtor. She way so kind to show us the house. Well, we fell in love with the house and the yard! I chose to hire Melissa for her expert knowledge on the marketing of my home for the best return on my investment. She provided home improvement suggestions, staging advice and furniture for staging too. Once we needed to review offers and discuss next steps, she was responsive and professional in her advice. Loved the Tuesday weekly call for an update too. That was a really nice touch! By hiring Melissa, I know that I walked away with 20k more than I would have had I sold FSBO and that is after factoring in the commission.
